Step 1: Close all open programs and Restart your PC

appwiz.cpl
2. On the top result, right-click the item and select Run as administrator
3. When prompted select Yes and continue to type your admin password if needed to continue

Step 4: Reinstall the Program
At times, you need to reinstall the program if you are unable to remove it. By reinstalling the program, it installs the files that might have been corrupted. Thus, you will be able to continue with the uninstallation process.
1. Please go to the official website of the file and get the version of the program
(If you’ve got the installer saved on your computer, you can directly install it again.)
2. Double-click the installer and follow the on-screen instructions
3. Go to your control panel and remove the program
